Through the Long Ride C2C, I will be creating a foundation called - 

A New Future. 

This foundation will be created to help disadvantaged youth build a future for themselves and play a positive role in society.

As this foundation is new in it's creation, we will initially be partnering up with the

Kwano Academy located in Plettenberg Bay South Africa. Their vision is to establish Academies using education and cycling as catalysts to uplift and academically transform historically disadvantaged youngsters and communities…

Too many children are being left behind in a world that is advancing so quickly that the divide is becoming to great and too few people are addressing this problem. A New Future aims to help put a dent in this rapidly growing issue. As Kwano Cycling Academy are already well established and have a well earned reputation in the area, I would like to learn as much as possible from them and with their guidence replicate this with A New Future. Kwano will then become a main beneficiary of the foundation.
